The lodge comes on a beautiful lakeside pitch with a large decking area with unobstructed views. It’s a rare 3-bedroom model (8 berth) and comes with double glazing, central heating, private parking, mains gas, and a lovely south-facing decking. It’s for sale at £99,950 and is the only lodge available for sale at Romney Sands, but a lodge from the park would easily cost you £150,000 on this pitch. The price includes the park’s private sale fee, the site fees for the remainder of 2024, and new gas & electric safety certificates. The pitch licence runs until 2046.

The park runs a long 11-month season and is located across the road from a sand/pebble beach. It's well-kept and has an indoor heated pool, entertainment at the clubhouse, a well-stocked fishing lake, mini-golf, amusement arcade, a barrier entry system, and much more. The Romney miniature railway has a station at the park entrance so you’ll be able to wave at steam-trains as they make their way to Dungeness.

The lodge is a luxury model and comes with all the extras, and is a very good size at 40` x 20`. Entry into the lodge is via a separate entrance hallway which is ideal for taking your shoes off without letting the heat out, and also has a handy storage cupboard and a seat. The main living area is open plan with high ceilings and lots of windows to let in the light, so the room feels very light and spacious. The lounge is arranged around a nice-looking fireplace with the TV next to it (it can be mounted on the wall if you prefer). There are two sofas (one with a pull-out bed), a matching footstool, and a bench seat below the window. The kitchen is very nice and finished with dark worktops and white door-fronts. There's a waist-height double oven & grill, a gas hob & extractor, a full-size integrated fridge & freezer, an integrated dishwasher, built-in microwave, integrated dishwasher, integrated washing-machine, and a breakfast bar by the patio door. The dining area contains a free-standing table and 6 chairs.

The lodge has three bedrooms, and the master comes with its own en-suite toilet and shower, a large walk-in wardrobe, and an Ottoman style storage bed. It’s a good-sized room with plenty of space around the bed, and also has a dressing table, bedside cabinets, and a TV point on the wall. The second bedroom has another double bed and a triple wardrobe, and the third bedroom comes with twin singles with storage beneath. Finally, there's a large family wash-room with a full-size bath (with an overhead shower), a toilet, sink, and plenty of storage.

Romney Sands Holiday Park is situated directly opposite a sandy beach on the edge of Romney Marsh. The Dungeness Nature Reserve is a short walk away and is famous for being the UK's only desert! The Romney-Hythe-Dymchurch Light Railway has a station at the park's entrance, so you'll have passing steam-trains to keep the family amused. The park is in a countryside location with miles of country lanes to explore on foot or by bike. The park itself has an entertainment hall with family entertainment, 2 indoor swimming pools, a fully stocked fishing lake, tennis courts, crazy golf, and adventure playground, and hosts regular 'owners only' events.

The lodge has been well cared for and is in superb condition. It’s never been rented out and is available immediately. If you really want to enjoy a bit of luxury while you're away from home, this lodge will definitely worth considering. You won’t find many 3-bedroom lodges with such a nice outlook, in such a nice location, and with sensible site fees. It definitely won’t be available for long.
