This is an A class motorhome in good condition. The Motorhome is Left Hand Drive - ideal for Europe - Automatic and air conditioning. Nice 2.8l Fiat Diesel engine averaging around 24 MPG. Recent MOT (Feb 24) and Habitation check passed with no issues.

4 belted seats and 3 berth (permanent single bed in rear with pull down double bed above front seats.). Beds have always had protectors so are in excellent condition.

Fridge (Gas, 12v and electric) , 3 ring hob, Shower & Toilet, Central Heating (hot water) running off gas or electrics. On board water and wastewater. 2x Leisure batteries with isolation switch and inverter to run 220v. Powered awning, Satellite TV. Various electric sockets (European). History

The motorhome was manufactued in Germany 2005 and bought2007 by previous owner with 6,000 miles who imported to UK in 2007 and registered with DVLA. Odometer changed to mph. The unit was parked off road and looked after very well. He used it for annual trip to continent as he lived within easy reach of the coast. My wife and I purchased the Arto in 2021, as at 80yrs old and failing eyesight- he thought it was perhaps getting a bit much for him! So we are only Arto's 3rd owner. We kept in touch with previous owner who has been very helpful. We used her for a couple of long trips including a month in northern Spain plus various trips around UK.

The Arto is normally stored at the long term parking at Edinburgh Airport and During winter it is stored with fitted cover.
