Description of Beds: Louna has one standard size double bed (135 cm x 190 cm) giving plenty of space for two adults and any furry adventure pets you wish to bring along.

Description of Seating: There are three belted seats in the front (including the driver) with headrests. There is space for 2 or 3 around the dining table or you can enjoy sitting outside with the included set of table and chairs.

Description of Electrical Setup: Louna is set up for minimal off-grid adventures, with a 260AH Expedition Plus AGM Deep Cycle Leisure Battery that can be charging while you drive, off the solar panel, or in an ideal case you would be at an electric hook up at any campsite. There are 2 USB charging points and 4 UK Sockets hooked to a 1kW inverter, so plenty of mains power for charging any equipment you bring along.

About the area: Louna is based in the Northwest side of London that is close to Heathrow airport and quick and simple to get to the M40 or M25 easily getting you to the Cotswold District. If you want to go to any of the big city’s Louna is fully ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) Compliant.

Parking: If you drive to collect Luna, you are welcome to leave your car in her normal spot on our private parking permited road. If you come by the London Underground, it’s a nice 10 min walk through the town from Uxbridge station.

Cooking Equipment: Louna has an indoor kitchen setup with a 40l fridge (operable only during driving or on electrical hook up), sink with running hot and cold water and 2 gas hobs, so you’ll be all set to cook up a hearty meal any time and in any weather. Included in the kitchen are: plates, bowls and cutlery for 4, 4 wine glasses and cups, 2 frying pans, 2 sauce pot’s, tin opener, corkscrew, 4 sharp knifes, wooden spoons, serving spoon, serving bowl, mixing bowls, and many other kitchen essentials (if there is anything special you might like please let us know). We can also provide a charcoal/wood grill/firepit for an additional charge.

Water and Sanitation: Louna has a large 100L water tank that is easily refillable, which supplies the full inside shower and sink with hot and cold water. A Thetford Porta Potty is included for when going fully off grid or for those emergency moments!

Audio Equipment: Louna has a small but powerful bluetooth speaker provided.

Type of Heating: Louna has a 2KW diesel heater. Turn it on and enjoy a warm comfortable temperature, regardless of how cold it is outside (rain or snow!).

Extra Information: Louna was built to be a home on wheels and a comforting place to escape. The living space is bright and comforting while the two skylights let the daylight in or let you star gaze from the bed. With the back door and side doors open you can expect a nice cool breeze to enjoy the views. Her electrical set up will give you power anywhere, and there is plenty of storage in the rear or under the bench seat. Louna has a special rear view camera that is a video link as there is no visibility through the cab and is a great help to see where you are reversing.

Conversion Story: Louna began life as a simple appliance delivery van, but has been saved and given the love and treatment she deserves. She was professionally converted before being purchased by Matt and Adelina, who decided to give her an updated, cosier feel and upgraded the electrical systems to last just as long as us. Louna is just as fun and enjoyable during the day as she is warm and comforting during the night. We personally like to enjoy sitting around the firepit all night, gazing at the moon and stars; the true inspiration for Louna’s design, which incorporates the moon and rustic wood design.
