Description of Beds: The van sleeps two adults very comfortably. The bed set up uses a Rock and Roll bed. When driving the bed is upright and functions as a two-seater with seat belts. The seat has a storage drawer underneath and then further storage accessible from the rear. When bedtime comes and bed slides forward and extends into a double bed. The bed measures 1.1m wide and 1.84m long. There is also a roll-out memory foam topper mattress for extra comfort. This is stored neatly under the bed when not in use.

Description of Seating: Three belted seats in the front (including driver) with headrests and two further belted seats in the rear. 5 seats have three-point belts. 2 out of the 5 passenger seats are suitable for a child car seat using the belt.

Description of Electrical Setup: We have a large solar panel which powers USB point x 2, plug socket, LED lights, brand new fridge and freezer 12 volt, domestic Coolmatic CRP 40. This 12v set-up includes a leisure battery, split charge relay and an inverter.

About the area: Little Nic lives in East London and is parked on a quiet residential street.

Parking: If you drive to collect Little Nic, you are welcome to leave your car in her normal spot. We will provide you with the necessary parking vouchers. If you come by train, we are just a 15 minute walk from the Vitcoria Line or Overground.

Cooking Equipment: Little Nics has everything you could need to cook up a feast, including 4 mugs, 4 melamine cups and 4 bowls, 4 large bamboo dining plates, cutlery for 4, a chopping board, kettle, large and small frying pan, large and small saucepan and a large wok. There are four bamboo cooking spoons, 1 sharp knife, 2 Opinel pen knives, a tin opener, corkscrew/bottle opener. Little Nics also has a French press and a toasting rack that you can use over the gas hob as well as a colander, washing up bowl, and small dustpan and brush.

Water and Sanitation: There is a 10-litre removable water tank under the sink that supplies water to the sink via an electric pump.

Extra Information: All renters will be provided with an outdoor dining table that seats, two camping chairs, a picnic blanket, washing up liquid and towels, cleaning products and an anti-bug candle.

Conversion Story: Little Nics began life as a humble builders' van (albeit one with air-con in the cab). We bought her after a long and careful hunt. She was converted in 2021 by a carpenter and his partner in Sheffield after we spotted their beautiful designs on Pinterest. Her units are built in birch ply with a fully insulated with insulated floor. Beautiful and quirky redwood cladding throughout and a cute unique colour scheme, as well as modern luxuries such as blinds for extra privacy and a removable dining table.‌
