The interior of the 2023 model has been changed and modified but it will still offer superior furnishings and the highest quality fixtures and fittings and the unit will now come with front sliding doors. Site fees and rates for the remainder of the 2023 season, 2 x 19kg gas bottles, a full year's gas safety certificate and all connection costs are included in the price. Decking is not included. A ten percent deposit can secure your purchase on this unit which will be sited on the final phase of our new development on a pitch of your choosing (subject to availability).
