I am looking to sell my fully equipped caravan (2 tv’s plates,pods,pans ,kettle ,toaster ,coffee machine etc )

It is swift burgundy 2021 and it’s 12x35

I originally bought it for personal use as I was working on the project in Devon and I needed place to stay

I started renting my caravan after my project ended

I absolutely love the site where it’s based (Pentire Holiday Park )

The site itself has absolutely amazing reviews and it is immaculate

The caravan is based in small village called Kilkhampton (on the boarder of Devon and Cornwall )

My caravan includes outside storage space and also beautiful glass decking ,parking space for two cars

It is two bedrooms (one en-suite)

Absolutely amazing condition and you can also see the sea far ahead :)

I am forced to sell it because it too far from my home to use it for weekends (I live in Essex ) besides I am planning to move with my family abroad in the very near future

I still have 12 years on the site remaining
