Kitchen has all the cutlery as well as a fridge/freezer and washing machine. Will leave all the appliances. Outside decking with furniture which will also be left. It's just had a deep clean inside and outside. We've had it for the last 5 years, it does need some wallpaper by the 3rd bedroom. Its still in a nice condition.
