It is small to store - length about 250cm plus 64cm towbar, width approx 155cm and height approx 1m.
Surprisingly spacious when unfolded - final size is about 355cm long, 200cm wide and 232cm tall.
It has 2 bunk beds at one end, which can be re-configured to a sofa. At the other end there is a seating area with table, which can fold down to a small double bed.
It has a sink unit that is easily attached at the side of the caravan, and storage unit, which is put above the double bed.
It also has a funky feature that the front of the caravan can be lifted and held up with poles to give uninterrupted views out when sitting at the table.
This is lighter than a 'real' caravan, allowing it to be towed with a car with a smaller engine, and tows well.
We did discover that if you leave it up for the entire of the wettest October on record then it does leak at one end, but it was fine for the summer, when we used it for several weekends and for a week's holiday. (And has been fully dried out, put down and stored in our garage after October!)
It will need some new cushions as we will be keeping the ones we used, for use in the camper van we have bought to replace it. We do still have the original covers, which can be included in the sale.
Any questions, please ask.
