Sterling Eccles Sapphire, 4 berth, (2015) Used - Average condition for age Touring Caravan for sale | CS40634B8

Due to ill health, work commitments and therefore lack of use our lovely family touring caravan is for sale, it is a 2015 Sterling Eccles SE Sapphire and contrary to this page's drop down menu description it is in excellent condition, there is no option for excellent in the drop down menu!

We have used it as a family tourer with our grandkids but we have also taken care of it, the SE Sapphire layout is very difficult to find because it works brilliantly with the end bedroom and island bed with single wardrobes to each side, cupboard space above, and storage space under the bed, and the bedroom can be completely closed off f3om the rest of the van. It has a central toilet with wash hand basin and large mirror above and on the opposite side of the van is a separate shower, the kitchen area has a large sink with black splashbacks and cupboard space above and below it has a full oven and grill with 3 gas rings and one electric and microwave above pluse a huge fridge with freezer compartment above, the lounge area has long bench seats are perfect for relaxing in front of the tv but they also work well as two single beds or they will convert into a second double bed with loads of cupboard storage space above and underneath the seats, and the whole van has lots of windows and skylights and lots of lighting including led's around the floor in the bedroom and under the worktops and around the splash backs in the kitchen.

The interior including the bed which has a duvalay memory foam mattress with detachable washable protector, the seating, and the carpets are in excellent condition and all the cupboards and drawers work very well.

The van benefits from a full Alde central heating system which all works as it should which is brilliant in winter!

Externally the van is excellent for the year, I have always kept it clean and protected it with a resin wax coat, there are no scratches or major dents, the only marks are a small (small) dent on the door and a small (very small) dent to the side caused by a scooter handle but they really hardly noticeable and also the surface of the gas locker door began to flake but I have sanded and sealed it to prevent it worsening, we where looking to get it vinyl wrapped as it is easy to remove and replace when done, there are no splits or cracks to the body or any of the windows which are all in excellent condition and work fine and on the roof there is a solar panel and the aeriel, and the van is sold with a good strong leisure battery and comes with the benifit of a fully working motor mover for peace of mind.

Mechanically the van is sound and everything works well including the Alko ATC stability system although because it gets very little use and was on a season pitch the van would benefit from a service and 4 new tyres which are in excellent condition just out of date and these issues are reflected in the asking price.

Included in the sale in the gas locker are a 1/2 full gas bottle and assorted extras including buckets and watering cans, a bag of pegs including foot long rebar pegs for properly securing the awning when it's windy and some pink and blue, we are also including the 40 litre fresh water aqua roll and waste water container plus a Vango Varkala 4.2 meter inflatable awning in as new condition, awning carpet and two custom made rugs for inside.

This is a very reluctant sale of a lovely well cared for family caravan.
