Just Serviced this Month April 2024 with no reports of damp.

Being honest, the only main issue with the caravan is the Alde Heating works fine on gas but not on electricity, hence I have reflected this in the sale price.

If you know what your doing it may be something you can do yourself but beyond my expertise.

We just used the Alde on gas and electric heaters when on hook up in colder months.

It will also need two new tyres if you plan to travel but I will replace these should a sale be negotiated.

We have decided to move onto a campervan hence the sale.
