Elddis 4 berth caravan, I am not 100% sure of age but I think it is a 1995. These were built between 1989 and 1995. The caravan is Completely watertight.

1 double bed and a set of bunk beds which all convert into seating.

Diesel heater, 2 solar panels which there is one 50 watt and one 100 watt.

Gas cooker with 3 hobs 

A fridge and a mini freezer,

mains electric.

19-inch TV, very low amperage with a powered TV Ariel. Mains electric hook-up with USB charger.

Lots of storage

Mobile internet router, you will just need a SIM card for it. 

2 x 130 a/h batteries, gas bottle, 250-watt inverter.

Portable chemical toilet. Open front awning.

Pots, pans, plates etc are included if you would like.

The caravan is fully sustainable for living in.

The caravan is stored, but the new owner will be able to keep storage for the caravan and it is £60 per month.
