The caravan is in excellent used condition overall, having been much loved and well looked after. We are only selling due to a change in circumstances.

It has a complete service history, the last of which was on 28/11/23, with a completely clean bill of health.

Externally, the caravan is equipped with 100w solar panel, Powertouch Evolution motor-mover, Al-Ko chassis, AKS hitch stabiliser and ATC. A barbecue point and exterior mains socket and Status TV aerial. All of the service points are placed on the offside

The lounge is light, airy, spacious and comfortable, with hidden radiators and various LED lights including discreet strip lighting and spot lights throughout the caravan. The settees are Coachman’s improved ‘superior sprung construction upholstery’, which are extremely comfortable along with extra bolster cushions. Between the settees is a traditional central chest of drawers and pull-out extension top.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with a Thetford full oven and dual fuel hob, Dometic fridge, with small freezer compartment, Russell Hobbs microwave and stainless steel sink.

The lounge settees make two very comfortable single beds measuring 6’x 2’3” or one very large double bed measuring 6’7” x 5’7”.

The end bathroom is very practical and spacious for a caravan and includes a good sized wardrobe with drawers underneath. It has a Thetford electric-flush toilet, with a frosted window above. There’s also a chrome Alde heating radiator and excellent LED lighting. There is a large handbasin with a mirror above and a cupboard below. The floorspace is generous, so there’s plenty of room to get changed. The shower cubicle is a very good size and is pristine as it’s never been used.

The caravan also benefits from the 24 hour programmable Alde wet central heating and hot water system and Phantom Vanguard remote control alarm system.
