This beautiful girl was brought over from the States in 2020, and has provided us with many wonderful family memories before this very reluctant sale. She has been to music fesitivals, surfing trips and family holidays and is always a head turner. Outside, she has her original anodised aircraft-grade aluminium (as was the usp for Avion over Airstream) and traditional riveted patch working where required. She could be polished, but the beauty of these girls is the satin finish and extra thickness which prevents oxidisation. She has a removable awning, and a custom pull out grill/barbecue fitted into the external luggage compartment (connected to either butane or camping gas). She is on American hitch but it is a simple conversion to have an American ball-cock fitted to any tow-bar (ours could be part of sale on discussion).

Inside, she has teak flooring for a land-yacht feel, and we have kept the original cupboard fronts and fittings wherever possible. Upgrades / conversions include changing the electrics to UK hook up and also the associated 12v and electric towing conversions, together with installing multiple uk plug sockets. She has had all internal lighting upgraded to LED and has a fantastic Lithium touring battery. We had all of the 50 year old gas removed and upgraded the cooker and hob to be electric, with a top of the range air cooker and a stand alone induction hob plus a built in microwave / combo-oven. We have catered for 16 with comfort from this set up!

She has both a 240 v fridge freezer (SMEG for a classic look) as well as a 12v fridge for when off grid. As with all Avions, she has a wealth of storage areas, hanging spaces and cubby holes. The internal layout lends itself to conversion to a variety of sleeping options including bunks but we currently have her set up with a pull out double bed with the addition of converted seating area to a large double. There is a separate bathroom with top of the range 20l capacity electric toilet which we use with environmentally friendly chemicals (porta-potty to negate the need for black tank) and there is an electric hot water / pump and shower, although we tend to use on-site facilities to save water hook-up which leaves the shower area free for hanging wet suits / water sports equipment.
