The overall condition is very good and comes with all the relevant equipment for touring … Gas bottles x 2 hook up leads and aerial lead . It has a digital aerial and Tv bracket . It also has sunscreens/ flyscreens and curtains fitted to relevant windows .
It has an Alko stabiliser and frame . Externally all vents are on the the near side of the caravan which enables the Awning space to be fully used without compromise from vents . The awning is in very good condition . It has a large front locker and a side locker which can be accessed from either outside or inside the caravan . Spare wheel and jack included and stay pads included as is the waste carrier fresh water carrier and water pump .
Internally the caravan has an end kitchen layout with a 3 burner set up with adjoining integrated sink . Below the sink is an oven powered by gas .
There are three overhead lockers and two cupboards aswell as a floor locker . There are also two overhead kitchen lockers one housing a microwave oven .
There is a good sized fridge and internal freezer. .
Internally lighting consists of one main central light two reading lamps as well as manufactured fitted LED lighting throughout the caravan . The upholstery is in excellent condition smoke and pet free .
The heating and water are controlled by a Truma system which has thermostatic settings and blow fan . The shower and toilet facility are combined and has lots of storage space behind the large mirrors . The caravans sleeping options will fit most caravaners needs .
