Our Sales Centre in Brean, Somerset also has a small selection of pre-owned holiday homes on display. Together the sales centres have the largest selection of second hand static caravans for sale in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset in the South West.

Purchased a mobile home from SBL in September and can highly recommend them. Everyone we dealt with were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Sam and Chris were always available at the end of the phone or email to answer one of the many questions we had. They were able to hold the mobile home us until we were ready for it and then arranged delivery when needed. The whole process went very smoothly and we would definitely deal with again. Thank you!

Fantastic Company.
We purchased a Static Home from SBL in March. From start to finish it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Sam Smith, who we dealt with throughout. He was very helpful and went over and above with his customer service. Everything that he advised was done and completed as promised.
We had a small issue with the shower once we were in and he promptly dealt with this, and a part was sent out to us and arrived the next day!
The Mobile Home we bought from the company was purchased without seeing it as we were over 200 miles away. We were very confident however to make the purchase without seeing it in person as the website photos were very detailed and there was a video to show you around. Delivery was prompt as promised and we were over the moon when it arrived!
I can honestly say that if you are looking to make a purchase of one of these, definitely have a look at SBL. I would have given them more stars if that was an option.

It was a pleasure to deal with SBL, excellent selection of static caravans. Sam & Chris gave excellent service, so helpful and friendly, happily answered all our questions, which was brilliant as this was our first caravan. They arranged the delivery, which went ahead with no problems. We are now looking forward to spending our spare time enjoying our holiday home

I contacted Sam @ Surf Bay as I was struggling to get a fair price for selling my static caravan. The van had been on the same pitch for 12 years and had been well looked after, so I wasn’t prepared to sell it for some of the ridiculous low offers we were getting. Sam (and everyone I spoke to at Surf Bay) was awesome. He offered me a very fair price, considering the age of the van. Due to it being out of season and the less than average service at our holiday park, it was a frustrating process for both Sam and I. But he remained patient, kept me informed and did all he could to push the process along. We received payment within 24 hours of them collecting our van, which made for a great weekend! At no point did they question the price or try to reduce the offer. I would definitely recommend to anyone selling a static caravan.

We've bought two caravans from SBL and can thoroughly recommend the company. The last purchase was done from abroad and SBL sent us some videos of two or three 'possibles' and after viewing the videos and chatting the options through with SBL's Sam Smith we made our choice. SBL then organised the delivery and siting of the caravan so that when we returned to Devon we had somewhere to live! SBL are very professional, easy to deal with and have a wide range of caravans in stock. If we ever needed another caravan SBL would be my first port of call.
