We have just been and taken delivery of our new 520 VIP from Sharman Caravans. We chose them because we wanted a change of brand and they came highly recommended. Very amicable negotiations took place and we agreed a price and because we ordered when we did Coachman gave a cash back of £750. Delivery was a lot quicker than expected and they kept us informed through every stage, Ben and all the staff are exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much bother. Handover went very smoothly thanks to Owen and we were lucky with the weather as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy from them.

Amazing customer service. Thank you to Josh for going the extra mile to sort out the problem with our Bailey caravan. Josh kept me informed every step of the way and I'm quite sure it wasn't the most straight forward of processes. We are a charity addressing loneliness in rural Suffolk. and use a caravan as a mobile community cafe. We needed to replace our previous caravan quickly and Sharman's had the perfect vehicle for our needs. being a charity it needed to be approved by our chair of Trustees before we could actually go ahead. It then had to be looked at by our designer, for graphics, before Ben was ready for it to leave the site (he made sure it had a service, even though the service record was uptodate). All through this process Ben was patient and super helpful, fully understanding our needs and being very kind with the cost as he understood how careful we must be with funds. We definitely recommend Sharman's and are very glad we found our ideal van on their forecourt!
