The main bathroom has a bath and shower. There is an en-suite toilet in the main bedroom.

The caravan comes with surrounding decking if wanted, and a choice of pitches is available.

Financial transactions to be conducted through the site manager. No commercial hiring of caravans is allowed on this site.

The park season runs from 8th February to 31st January.

The annual site fee is currently £3500. This includes ground rent, water rates, business rates, grounds maintenance and upkeep of the park, and is normally due by 1st January every year.
