The caravan is a Willerby Seasons 2017 model and has 3 bedrooms (8 berth) which is sited on the Thameside area of the park near the yacht club. It comes with double glazing and central heating and is in very good condition, and because it’s privately owned is much cheaper than the park would sell it for. The price is £19,000 which includes the owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. The buyer will need to make arrangements with the park to pay the remaining site fees for the rest of the season.
Allhallows has no age limits for caravans on site, so it can stay on pitch as long as it is well-maintained. The season runs for 9.5 months, being closed for the first 2 weeks of December, then January & February.
The caravan is 35` x 12` and comes with 3 bedrooms (one double, one single and one with bunk beds). It’s in excellent condition and the pitch backs onto a hedge-row so is nice and private behind, and ideal for youngsters. The main living area of the caravan is open plan and has a pitched ceiling, a corner-sofa (with a pull-out bed), an electric fire, a TV unit, and lots of floor-space. The L-shaped kitchen comes with a gas cooker & hob, fridge-freezer, built-in microwave, and a matching dining area with seating for 6 people.
The caravan has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead shelves. One of the guest bedrooms has had bunk beds put in, and the other has had a single bed removed and a bigger wardrobe/clothes rail put in. The guest rooms were originally twin singles and could be converted back if you want. Finally, there is a lovely family wash-room with a double shower and a toilet, and a further separate toilet.
Allhallows is a great holiday park, looking over the River Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels a world away from the busy world. The park has a 9.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year), and is a mostly owners site (90% of caravans are privately owned). There is a real community feel amongst the owners.
The park facilities include a 9-hole golf-course, a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, a newly refurbished clubhouse, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events. Allhallows has no caravan age policy, and the caravan is in great condition so will make its new owners happy for many years.
