Willerby Salisbury 2010 static caravan available for private sale at Combe Haven Holiday Park in Hastings.
The caravan is a 3 bedroom model with double glazing with gas central heating. It is priced at £18,500 which includes the site fees for the remainder of 2020 and the owner-transfer fee. It's a lot cheaper than the park would sell it for, and at this price you'd normally expect single glazed caravans, so it's great value for someone. The park doesn’t have an age policy for caravans, so you’ll be able to enjoy it for many more years.
Combe Haven Holiday Park is a fantastic place to own a caravan and is one of the best equipped parks in the South East and runs a 10.5 month season (only shuts from mid-January until 1st March). The park is very well run, and if you're looking for a family-friendly park with plenty to do, you wouldn't find a better park. The rental potential for this caravan would be excellent, and would be a good investment for someone looking to take advantage of the UK holiday boom. The caravan is sited at Valley View which is at the top of the hill near the facilities, and on a hedged-in corner pitch with a private patio area. If you know Combe Haven, you’ll know it is quite hilly and it can be difficult to walk around. The caravan couldn’t be any closer to the facilities. It’s directly across the road from the swimming pool, show-bar and shop, and there’s also parking just 10 yards away. If you struggle with mobility, or if your family members use wheelchairs or push prams, then the pitch is perfect.
The caravan is in very good used condition, and is very comfortable and warm. The original seating was replaced with 2 free-standing sofas, and lino flooring put in to make it easier to keep clean. The front window is full width and there are storage cupboards beneath it. It is a great looking room, ideal for enjoying family time and a great place to unwind. There's a gas fire, coffee table and lots of shelves and storage cupboards. The wall sockets and light switches have been replaced and some have USB ports. The kitchen is a very good size, with lots of storage and worktops, and a full-size fridge-freezer. There’s also a gas cooker with an extractor, and a free-standing table with 4 chairs.
The master bedroom is a very nice looking room, with a flip-up storage bed, wall-mounted TV, a large wardrobe with and chest-of-drawers, and access directly to the toilet/washroom. There are also two twin-bedrooms with single beds. There's a large family bathroom, and a handy second toilet in another room. Outside of the caravan there is a patio laid, 2 storage sheds, and a picnic table & parasol.
Combe Haven has some of the best on-park facilities of any park along the south coast, with plenty going on to keep the whole family busy. The park operates a 10.5 month season including Christmas and New Year, and you'll receive 10 owner's passes for friends and family to use the facilities, and will also entitle them to 15% off their onsite spending. There is nightly entertainment in the main complex with a team of FunStars to keep you entertained, alongside regular well-known acts. The park facilities include a 9-hole pitch & putt golf course, heated indoor and outdoor pools with a Space Bowl flume, 24hr security, a newly refurbished owner's lounge (The Saxon Centre with an owner's gym, sauna & jacuzzi), 4 restaurants, amusement arcade, all-weather sports court, indoor & outdoor play areas, roller disco, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events. The Owner Services team also run lots of different events throughout the season. You're just 10 minutes from Hastings town centre with the pier, lots of shopping, the Old Town, and lots of seasonal events.
