This top-of-the-range lodge is in immaculate condition and is only being sold because the owners don't have time to use it. The park wouldn't sell lodges at this price, and you'd be lucky to get one here for less than £120k. It's sited on a premium pitch at the back of the park with lots of space around it, and is away from the main entertainment area and rental caravans. It's a quiet spot and the afternoon and evening sun falls on the decking. The lodge also comes with a rare 12 month licence which runs until 2047, and these type of licences are no longer available to new customers but will transfer with the sale.

The master bedroom has a king-size Ottoman storage bed, its own en-suite toilet & shower, a walk-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and loft storage. The second bedroom also has a double Ottoman bed and a walk-in wardrobe. Both beds have replacement high-quality mattresses. The family wash-room is a great size and comes with a full size bath (with overhead shower), a toilet, and a sink.

Camber Sands Holiday Park is one of the biggest and liveliest parks along this coast. There is a beautiful 7 mile sandy beach directly opposite the park, with a range of amusements of seaside shops. On site, there are 4 heated indoor pools with a flume, an adventure playground, crazy golf, go karts, multi-sports court, a large clubhouse with nightly entertainment, restaurant, takeaway, supermarket and free Wi-fi.
