It's still in very good condition and has another 18 years left on the pitch licence. The caravan can be used for 11.5 months of the year and only shuts for 2 weeks during February. The caravan is sited at the Monument area of the park which is towards the back of the park, and is nice and quiet.
The main living area is open plan, and there are lots of windows and a pitched ceiling so it feels very spacious. The original fitted seating has been replaced with 2 comfortable free-standing sofas (one with a sofa-bed), a TV unit with storage, an electric fire, and a dining table with built-in seating area. There's also a Bluetooth music system with speakers in the ceiling. There’s a washing machine installed in the outside shed.
Beauport Holiday Park is located on The Ridge overlooking Hastings, and is set amongst a beautiful woodland area. There are plenty of on-site facilities. Aside from the nightly entertainment at the clubhouse, there’s also a heated pool, on-site shop, on-site gym, and playground. Hastings is just a short drive away with everything that you'd expect from a seaside town. The A21 is also close, as are the nearest supermarkets. The park is pet friendly, with some great tracks for long dog-walks.
