The caravan is a great size at 42` x 13` and it has an open-plan layout. The lounge has front-opening sliding doors onto the decking area, and the seating consists of an L-shaped sofa (with a pull-out bed beneath) and two comfy armchairs (one of which is on a swivel). The room is set around a feature electric fireplace, and there are blue-tooth speakers in the ceiling to listen to your music. There are also USB phone charging points. The kitchen comes with frosted glass cupboards is well equipped with a gas oven and grill (with an extractor), an integrated fridge-freezer, integrated microwave, and lots of cupboard space. The dining area is set just off the kitchen and consists of a free-standing table and fully upholstered chairs and stools.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms (one double room and two twin singles). The main room has an en-suite toilet & shower room, and a large wardrobe and a dressing table. The twin bedrooms come with 2 single beds and their own wardrobes. Finally there is a family wash-room with a double shower, toilet and a basin.
Church Farm is a great place for families to getaway, and is located between Pagham Harbour and a freshwater lagoon that's also a nature reserve. The nearby town of Bognor has shops and restaurants, and there are a choice of beaches are nearby. The on-site facilities are excellent, and include a heated indoor & outdoor pool (with flumes), a 9-hole golf-course, nightly entertainment, 24hr security, an Showbar with nightly entertainment, 2 bars and restaurants, a shop, amusement arcade, bowling green, sports court, bungee trampolines, tennis courts and an indoor & outdoor play area. You’ll also get access to the private owners lounge which has a gym, steam room, jacuzzi, Wifi, tea & coffee, etc. The park also organise a wide range of owner events throughout the year that will allow you to meet new friends and keep everyone busy.
