Luxury static caravan available for private sale at Beauport Holiday Park in Hastings. It`s a 2 bedroom Pemberton Knightsbridge 2007 model, and is a huge 42` x 14`. When it was new, it was the top-of-the-range model, and it's still a very desirable caravan to own. It is fully double glazed with central heating, and has front-opening doors that lead onto a decking area, and also another private decking area to the rear of the caravan. The caravan is sited on Bluebell Lane, and the park has a long 11.5 month season and only shuts for two weeks in February. The caravan can't be used as a residential address, but a lot of the owners spend a lot of time at their caravans, and almost all the caravans on park are privately owned. The park has a clubhouse, a gym, swimming pool, shop and launderette if you need them. The park is just outside of Hastings with supermarkets and shops nearby, and a bus service just outside the park.
The caravan is bigger than most caravans, and the extra size means it's very spacious and comfortable throughout. The lounge has free standing furniture in, but we're looking to take the sofa with us but will leave the 2 leather armchairs. The whole front is glass so allows a lot of light in,and the doors open onto the decking area. Also, because the caravan is raised, no-one can see in. There is a lovely feature fire-place, a large TV stand, a coffee table and a large display cabinet.
The kitchen is a very good size, and has a full sized fridge & freezer, washing machine (which we'll be removing), a gas own and grill, 5-burner hob, and loads of worktops and cupboard space. There's also a free-standing table and chairs, and another display cabinet.
The caravan is a 2 bedroom model, so both bedrooms are a very good size. The master bedroom has its own en-suite toilet and shower, a built-in double wardrobe, a dressing table, bedside cabinets, and wall-cabinets. Because it backs onto a private garden, the bedroom is very quiet and peaceful.
Finally, there is a large family washroom which has a toilet, sink and a corner bath with an overhead shower.
The caravan is in very good used condition throughout. We've priced it at £32,000 which will include 2020 site fees, new gas & electric safety checks and the park`s fee for transferring ownership. The owner paid £50,000 for it in 2017 so it will be good value for the new owner.
Beauport Park is located on The Ridge overlooking Hastings, and is set amongst a beautiful woodland park. There are plenty of on-site facilities. Aside from the nightly entertainment at the clubhouse, there’s also a heated pool, onsite shop, onsite gym, and playground. Hastings is just a short drive away with everything that you'd expect from a seaside town. The A21 is also close, as are the nearest supermarkets. The park is pet friendly, with some great tracks for long dog-walks.
