The lodge is a great size at 36` x `20. It's fully double glazed with central heating, and is very well insulated so ideal for anyone looking to use it during the winter.
The lounge/dining area is very homely with 2 sofas, an electric fireplace , dining table with chairs and plenty or storage. There are patio doors from the lounge which lead straight onto the decking area. It's a very comfortable space with lots of storage and high ceilings.
The kitchen is very large , and comes with a gas cooker & hob (with an extractor), dishwasher, and a full sized fridge and freezer.

The pitch is very quiet and has a partial sea view with private parking next to the lodge, its located in a cul de sac so there is no through traffic, and the neighbours are lovely.
Shear Barn is in a beautiful location looking over Hastings, in fact you can walk to the Old Town in about 10 minutes. During the summer months, Hastings is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon with plenty going on, with markets, festivals, and concerts. If you don't want to go off park, there's an indoor heated pool, 'The Retreat' bar & restaurant with regular live entertainment, a games-room, indoor soft-play area, and an outdoor recreation area. The park can only be accessed by a security barrier, and there are overnight security patrols. The park operates a 10.5 month season, only being closed from 15th January until 1st March. The caravan is being sold with the remaining 16 years of the licence left (until 2035), at which point the park owner will extend the licence year-on-year depending on its condition.
