32 feet, 8 berths - 1x super king, 1x bunkbeds, 2 fold up beds, 1x sofa bed, 1 dining cab bed (includes king duvet and cushions).

Kitchen diner, seats 4 comfortably. 4 ring induction hob (NEFF), oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, double sink, cutlery and utensil drawers, fold up additional worktop space, large larder and crockery cupboard.

2 seater comfy sofa bed, 30 inch TV/DVD player, Stereo CD/radio/bluetooth (has speakers inside and out). TV/DVD in 2nd bedroom.

Large decking area and awning. Outside fridge and gas hob. Large Storage cupboard for wetsuits and fishing gear. Space for two cars to park and grass banks are all part of the pitch of this sited RV.

Annual fees include water, electricity and maintenance of the site.
