This 8 berth modern holiday home is in excellent condition. It has 3 bedrooms and an additional double sofa bed in the lounge, a shower room plus a separate toilet room.

All rooms have UPVC windows and central heating. The lounge has two full size sofas plus an extra corner sofa area with dining table.

The fully fitted kitchen has a gas oven and hob, full size fridge/freezer and microwave.

Current Site Fees only £6825 which can easily be covered by renting out either with Haven or privately.

The caravan currently has never been rented out and only used by us, and non smoking too. It is situated in a quiet location on an end plot next to sand dunes, within easy walking distance of all the amenities and beach access.

The main Entertainment Complex has activities for kids of all ages including a large amusement arcade, indoor/outdoor swimming pools with flume, lazy river.

Inside the complex is also the Live Lounge, where there is always a full schedule of live daytime and evening entertainment to keep the whole family happy.

The park has lots of activities which are all either free or heavily discounted to 50% off for owners and family and friends with early booking prior to Haven guests being able to book.

Perran Sands has direct access to one of the most amazing beaches that Cornwall has to offer with RNLI lifeguards on duty throughout the season as well as a shop right on the beach where owners can use their discount cards for purchases.

Perfect beach for surfing and bodyboarding, Surf lessons and surf hire are available at a discount of 50% off exclusively for owners.

At low tide the beach stretches all the way into the popular town of Perranporth with a vibrant surfing community and shops plus numerous bars, cafes and restaurants including one right on the beach and when the tide is in you can stroll along the coastal path with its amazing views.

For dog owners, the beach is accessible all year round, miles of sand dunes to explore plus dogs are allowed in the Surf Bay diner, so no need to leave them behind.

For walkers and ramblers, Perran Sands is situated directly on the coast path so you can walk for miles in both directions.

For cyclist's there are numerous cycle routes and safe off road paths for families within a short drive (including the beautiful Camel Trail) plus purpose built mountain bike trails for all abilities.
