2008 Cosalt Vienna (12x37) two bedroom static holiday caravan for sale on Thirkleby Hall caravan park, near Thirsk.
Thirkleby Hall is a spacious and picturesque 30 acre park located in the grounds of an old stately home containing a lake full of fish, an ancient wood full of wildlife, and a small club full of friendly people.
Situated on a slight rise, the park has views onto open farmland, and is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside. Facilities include a fishing lake, football field, playground, woodland, laundry and a small club.
Caravans can be used for holidays between 1st March and 3rd January, and there is no caravan age limit. The 2021 rent is currently £2,556 due to the temporary reduced VAT rate for the hospitality sector and will go back up to £2,820 when the VAT rate goes back to normal.
The caravan is fitted with double glazing and central heating. It is sited on a low maintenance gravel pitch.
