The build quality is excellent throughout, and it is classed as 'residential spec', meaning the insulation is superb. The walls are nice and thick so you won't feel the cold even if you decide to spend Christmas and New Year at the caravan. The caravan is fitted with a large wrap-aound decking with a private garden area behind the caravan.
The living area of the caravan is open plan with high ceilings, and lots of windows means it feels very spacious. The lounge features 2 free-standing sofas, a feature-fireplace, and a TV unit. All the windows have nets and curtains, which are good quality and complement the furniture.
The kitchen is the highlight of the caravan, and features an oven with a 5-burner hob, an extractor, space for a washing machine, and an integrated microwave. The units are built around a central table and chairs, and there is plenty of cupboard space and work tops.
The master bedroom is another exceptional room, with a large flip-up Ottoman bed with a beautiful headboard, an en-suite toilet & shower, a walk-in wardrobe, and a vanity unit. The en-suite and walk-in are located behind the headboard, and are both a good size. There are also some additional storage units, a recess shelf above the bed, and fittings for a wall-mounted TV.

Marlie Holiday Park has a long 11.5 month season so is ideal for anyone wanting to spend lots of time on park. There is nightly entertainment, security, a heated indoor pool, playground, launderette, dog-walking area, and amusement arcade. It’s also a pet-friendly park. The park is located on the outskirts of New Romney, which is a lovely historic town. There is a large Sainsburys, lots of pubs and cafes, and a great bus service to Hastings and Dover. The seaside town of Dymchurch is just five minutes away, and there are also beaches at Greatstone and St Marys Bay. In the local area there is the Romney Light Railway, Dungeness Nature Reserve, the Romney Marsh Visitor Centre, Port Lympne Zoo, and much more.
