We have 2 sets of keys, all the original paperwork and manuals, the caravan is microchipped and on the caravan register

All windows are etched with CRIS/Chassis number

There is a Caravan alarm and leg alarm fitted.

We took out an extra policy that covers servicing for 3 years and extra manufacture warranty, this will be transferred to new owner.

We have storage paid for upto May 2012 that can be transferred to new owner subject to them living in the area or wanting the space.
