My wife and I purchased this caravan in the summer of 2009. We had never owned a caravan before and thought this little treasure would be a gentle introduction to the world of caravaning. It has not disapointed!. So much so that we have now upgraded to a four berth and wish to now sell our Anondale. Apart from one small blemish the body work is first class. The hot and cold water services were replaced with new in December 2011. A new tap kitchen has also been fitted. We are selling this with power lead, porch awning and ground sheet along with Aqua roll and waste tank. This is the perfect package for anyone starting out! More pictures available via e mail.
Technical stuff:
White 1994 2 berth Avondale Perle Orestes touring caravan. In this caravan the seating is at the front end and these seats can be used as two single beds, or by means of a pull out section between them, converted into one double. The central section contains the Electrolux fridge, Carver gas heater, wardrobe and other storage cupboards. At the rear there is a gas hob/grill, a sink unit (new tap) and more storage cupboards and drawers. There is also a bathroom cubicle containing the Thetford cassette toilet, a shower and tray and a drop down washbasin with vanity cupboard and mirror over. Both the rear end kitchen and bathroom have hot and cold running water. There is a mains electric socket, a mains/gas hot water heater, electric socket and ample additional overhead storage cupboards.
The caravan is fitted with double glazing and thermal insulation. There are also blinds and fly screens. In addition, it has a spare wheel fitted. A porch type awning is included
Condition: There are no leaks or damp. We are also non-smokers. Interior fabric cushions, curtains, cupboards and fittings are in excellent condition. Technical Specification (as given in the Caravan Council Certificate):
Overall length of the caravan is 5.15 metres. Overall width is 2.13 metres. The caravan is lightweight and can be towed with the smallest of towing cars. The maximum laden weight is 850kg.
