For sale this recently completed self build campervan ready for the summer. 2013 MK 7 Ford Transit 100T 280 2.2 Diesel - 6 speed gear box Low roof and mwb White with black and chrome trim Alloy wheels 2 rear doors and one sliding door to rear of the van. 107,000 miles - reconditioned engine fitted at 89,000 miles. MOT February 20th Feb 2025 - advisory of chip on windscreen repaired professionally.  Factory fitted chrome bull bars and front windscreen sun visor. Electric doors and windows. Factory fitted CD / Radio plus USB charging points. Drivers seat and 2 front passenger seats. Spare tyre. For info - due to the height and length of this van it easily parked in a normal car parking bay and fits the criteria of a small van/car when buying a ticket for the IOW ferry. Van was purchased by myself in January 2024 as a campervan project. Mechanical work carried out since purchase : - Feb 2024 3 new tyres Front and rear brake discs and pads New high pressure fuel pump New air flow meter New pressure temp censor New bottom ball joint New brake fluid reservoir. Campervan project work carried out :- Old metal bulkhead, ply lined walls and floor all removed. Metal shell was in pretty good condition but still cleaned it out and any damaged or rust spots cleaned and treated accordingly. One Fiamma manually opening roof vent fitted and sealed. 2 double skinned ex caravan windows fitted and sealed to side walls. (One opening) One opening letterbox style port hole fitted and sealed to rear door. Sound deadening patches placed on all metal panels....roof, walls and ceiling. Timber batons fixed on walls, floor and ceiling and insulated with 2 inch Kingspan. Rear doors and side sliding door insulated with quilted thermal insulation. Foil vapour barrier fixed over insulation in the entire rear of the van including wheel arches and sealed with foil tape. New timber wall fixed in place of old bulkhead - insulated, vapour barrier fixed and lined with new plywood. Pine cladding used to line ceiling and top half of walls. New plywood used to line out bottom half. Internal doors and any bare metal lined with lining carpet to stop condensation. Timber bed frame 6 foot 3 inch x 3 foot fixed - brand new never used single mattress also supplied to fit frame. Timber frames also built in providing extensive storage throughout the van along with cooking area for gas hob (hob included with gas cannisters) Under Bed storage with sliding doors. Under Bed cupboard housing brand new never used Thetford Porta Potty (included). Lockable access hatch to front fitted as well as opening porthole. Sliding bench and hinged table give a practical dining area with a view. Laminate floor fitted incl. trims. Painted and decorated in a shabby chic beach hut style. Push button lighting units fitted as well as rope lighting to trim the ceiling. Crook steering wheel lock provided and heavy duty lock fixed to the rear doors for extra security. Exterior of the van is in pretty good and clean condition apart from a couple of minor bumps and bruises from its previous life as a working van. Please note there is no leisure battery fitted in this van other than battery operated lighting - (I had no other requirement for electric other than lighting). However I have left an access hatch to the battery which is located under the drivers seat of the vehicle so if someone wanted to connect a leisure battery it could easily be fitted.
