Lovely lightweight 4 berth caravan for sale. This van has a great layout front seats in lounge make two comfortable singles or convert to a large double bed, side dinette makes into bunk beds, side kitchen to include gas/electric fridge, 3 ring gas hob and grill, end bathroom with swivel toilet with electric flush, bathroom cabinet and shower and sink, large wardrobe, fitted with fly blinds, black out blinds and velvet curtains and the upholstery is in tip top condition and is a lovely modern fabric. Included in sale is one aqua roll, caravan step, leg winder, hook up lead and a status aerial, spare wheel, gas bottle, leisure battery and loose fit carpet. The caravan also comes with full size almost brand new (only used on a couple of occasions) awning. The windows are double glazed and there is a carver gas heater which we have used in the very cold weather and made the caravan lovely warm and cozy. Unladen weight is approximately 950kg and maximum laden weight is 1100kg so can be towed by most family sized cars. There have been no smokers or animals in the van.
