It's a 1980's caravan that has two double beds.
As you walk in, to your left is 2 seating benches with a table that can go up in the middle. (The table is also used to make the double beds..)
Straight in front of you is the kitchen area. It's got a sink with tap - The water pump is working well and pumps water into the kitchen area and the bathroom.
The kitchen also has a Gril, Oven and 2 hobs.
It has a fridge that can work off gas and electric.
It has a wardrobe which has a light that lights up as you open the door.. handy!
Further up the caravan it has the bathroom on the back left corner (as you're looking on the inside!)
The bathroom has a porta potty included in the sale, It's a Fiamma type.
The back seating bench has a table too and this again makes up another double bed.

Large family forces the sale of our Caravan, It's a beloved possesion and although it's not new it is in brilliant condition for it's age.

A few little nags:
The curtains will need replacing - They are as old as the caravan and have signs of wear on them, the sun has bleeched them and they have ripped very easily, It should be a simple enough job and then of course, you can decide if you want the same colour, or want something a little snazzier.
There HAS been damp in the bathroom corner but this has been dry since we bought the caravan (2004).
The previous damp patch in the bathroom was caused by the water pipe bursting under pressure - NOT from damp on the outside.

We have looked after the caravan and ALL lights work and all appliances work well.

No Timewasters.
