The large kitchen diner is separated from the lounge by a sliding door. It is fully equipped with an American style fridge freezer, a double oven and hob and a brand new dishwasher, a microwave, dining table and four chairs, lots of storage space and all kitchen equipment included. There is a second bathroom with shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. The caravan has double glazing and gas central heating in each room. Wifi is available and there is parking space at the front and rear of the caravan. The small, tranquil, outside area is surrounded by greenery and has a secluded seating area.

There is a clubhouse just a 3 minute walk away, with live entertainment, a pool table and a bar menu. There are laundry facilities next to the club house. There is an outdoor swimming pool and small children's play area. The reception and entrance to the site are a 5 minute walk from the caravan. The site is pet friendly and the 198 acres of mature woodland is fantastic for walking your dog. It has an 11.5 month season.

The site is an easy drive from St Leonards and Hastings seafront, shops, cafes, museums. Plenty of walks, history and nature reserves to explore nearby too.
