The Site fees for this year were £2950.00  (2024/25). Gas and Electric payable at the end of the season to site owner. 

The caravan is a limited edition and comes fully winterised as standard.

The Caravan has 3 Bedrooms with a double folding bed in the living room sleeping 8 in total, with lots of storage.

This is a private sale where contact/ transfer will take place directly with the caravan owner and site owner, this will ensure essential checks are completed to for peace of mind upon sale.
